Delivery

- Standard delivery timelines within Sri Lanka: 2–5 working days, depending on location.
- Delivery charges may vary depending on order size and delivery address.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer/card reversal) within 7–14 working days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., used pillows, mattresses, or bedding) are not eligible for return unless defective.
